Bekend in met name Engeland, de fotograaf Peter Lavery, die zich een groot deel van zijn leven toelegde op het fotograferen van wat zich voor en achter de schermen van de circuswereld afspeelde.
Over kortere periodes waren er al eerder tentoonstellingen, de huidige tracht 50 jaar circus samen te vatten. Van 1968 tot heden.
Lijkt me haast onbegonnen werk.
